I can't access my profile account

Every time I try to access my profile it shows me this screen:

To confirm if it's the bug, can you please ask your site administrator to confirm that you have access to the products?

Also, I would like to make some questions to further investigate the issue in case it's not the bug mentioned above.
Is there any other user facing this issue?
When did this issue start?
Does it happen when you try to see someone else's profile?
Can you please open the developer tools on your browser to check if it shows any error? If so, please send us a screenshot of the error.
