I am trying to make a new software project confluence space, but it seems I am unable to

Hello,

So I have tried this on three separate accounts and it seems I cannot create a new software project. On one of my accounts, it says this:

On my other accounts, it does not say that and does not ask which project I can link to. When I type in the name and the space key, the create button lights up but when I click it, nothing happens.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for bringing this up to the Community! I'm happy to help you. Can you tell me if this regarding your free Cloud site?

Please confirm if both the Confluence and Jira sites are on the same Cloud instance and if you have permission in Jira to browse any projects?

If you were to create a Jira issue macro in a Confluence page, can you see any projects that way?
