I recently changed my email address associated with my account, but I have noticed that I am no longer receiving notification emails.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would like to ensure that I continue receiving all important communications.

Have you checked your General configuration in Confluence first (you need to be a Confluence admin, if not, make sure that your admin does) if Email notification has been ticked.

Is this for Confluence only or is it also for Jira? Also, in Jira, in your Personal settings, make sure that you have ticked the needed check boxes for the email notifications. If Jira is involved as well, go to your project's project settings > notifications > Issue email audit and ublock your email from there.

If none of this works, you would need to raise a support ticket for Atlassian here

Ask for your email address to be removed from the suppression list.
