I added a page tree to ,y wiki space, as admin, I am the only on that can see it.

I have verified Space and Page permissions by

Space Tool > Permissions, green checks under All / view and Pages Add

in the console I also have the users listed in a group and individually without conflicting permissions.

and on the home page itself i have the 5 users listed under "restrictions" with "viewing and editing restricted" (to remove EVERYONE access) but do have all 5 users listed with "can view and edit"

if New page is created under a page.

This will be a child page right.

May be you can check the parent page restrictions.

In confluence we have inherit page restrictions.
