How to use confluence link browser plugin in another plugin

I am new to confluence and would need your help in below requirement.

Requirement : On click of a link in my custom plugin confluence link browser plugin model box should be displayed.

Need assistance on how shall we import/leverage the resources from an existing confluence plugin.

Could you clarify what you're trying to do exactly? Are you writing a plugin for Confluence? You might want to check with the Atlassian Developer Community. That Community is more for development questions than for end-user questions as on this Community.
