Hello @Eshwara Krishna welcome to the community!

Yes, like Shawn and Alex has already mentioned, you could use third-party plugins to handle this. We provide a plugin specifically designed for this purpose. Our app, Excel-like Tables for Confluence, allows you to import and display large Excel files directly in your Confluence page, maintaining advanced Excel features such as pivot tables, complex formulas, charts and conditional formatting.

We’ve also recently introduced a new feature called Jira Issue Sheets, which enables you to pull live Jira issue data into your spreadsheets. This allows you to seamlessly combine project management data from Jira with our table to perform further analysis for different purpose you can learn more about this exciting feature here.

You would need an add on to display the excel as a table

@Eshwara Krishna Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You have a few different options.

As Shawn explained above, you can use a 3rd party plugin such as https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212486/elements-spreadsheet-tables-for-data-project-management?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Next, you can drag and drop your excel file into a Confluence, but you will not be able to see the contents of the file unless you click on it when you publish the page. . so you may not want that.

Next, you can copy your excel data (rows/columns) and paste them into Confluence and a table will be created.

And finally, you can use the Excel Marco built into Confluence (cloud) that will embed your excel file in a table like fashion - read more about that here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-articles/A-new-way-to-view-Excel-files-in-Confluence/ba-p/2050163
