The question is on how to transfer a confluence space to another confluence? is it possible? does it need specific restriction? TYIA.
Hi @Mangulabnan_ Bianca Yes, it is possible to transfer a Confluence Space from instance to another.
Source Instance :-
1. Go to Space Tools
2. Content Tools >> Click Export >> Select XML >> Next >>Export
3. Download file to a Local Machine.
Target Instance :-
1. In the Administration section, click Backup & Restore.
2. Import Confluence data >> Upload a site or space export file >> Browser XML and Click export.
Thanks

Hi, @Mangulabnan_ Bianca !
Yes, it is possible to export content to Word, PDF, HTML and XML - here you can read the differences of these ways, their pluses and minuses.
Good luck!

Hi, thank you for answering. However, my problem is on how to transfer it to another confluence (from the general confluence to specifically the Honeywell Confluence)

You can export a space – including pages, comments and attachments – to a zip that contains an XML file and, optionally, all the attachments in the space. To import the space to another Confluence site, restore the zip as described below.
You need System Administrator permissions in order to restore a space from an XML zip file.

Can you pick and choose what space to export or will you need to export everything?
