I have this table that I want to break in two table in confluence 4.3.7:
|| column 1 || column 2 || | line 1 | line 2 | | line 1 | line 2 | | line 1 | line 2 | | line 11 | line 22 | <------ split here | line 1 | line 2 | | line 1 | line 2 |
to have
|| column 1 || column 2 || | line 1 | line 2 | | line 1 | line 2 | | line 1 | line 2 | || column 1 || column 2 || | line1 1 | line 22 | | line 1 | line 2 | | line 1 | line 2 |
But I dont know how to split a table without using the source editor.
And I dont want users to use the source editor...
Thanks for your help.

Copy paste I think will be the easiest method. Highlight the text inside the upper left cell and lower right cell of the content you want split and copy/cut the content. Click outside the table and hit "return". You can either paste the content to create a table with the content inside or insert another table from scratch, click in the first cell, and paste.
Hi Sean,
thanks for your post.
I tried that but without the possibility of cutting. Copy /Paste works, but not Cut / Paste.
But that is trivial anyway.
I hope Atlassian will add this functionality some days ;-)
Thanks a lot.
