I am technical trainer and want to set up a system where on let say 25 topics and 6 different hardware models all the relevant information is kept. Manual tekst, pictures, video's and ppt-slides
The most simple way to do this is to have two spaces. One with "anonymous" access allowed and one without (so a person has to log in to see it)
Or if you only want one space, then make it anonymous and create two top-level pages, one of them being restricted to logged-in people only. Pages beneath the top pages inherit their restrictions.
