xinan liu May 22, 2015

Just as the title says, I want to set confluence always show page tree in the left. As show in Picture 1.

But now I can only add a tree macro in every page to show the page tree. It wall take the page's space and very inconvenient. Just as show in Picture 2.

How can I do that? My Confluence's version is 5.1.4.

Thanks very much!

Hey Xinan,

To get the page tree on the side bar you just need to set Confluence or the specific space to use the Documentation Theme. See this documentation which explains how to set it on the space level or on the site level: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONF51/Configuring+the+Documentation+Theme

I hope it helps!

In order to show the page tree on the left, you need to change the theme for that space to the Documentation theme.

The two images are using two different space themes. You can change the theme of the space to get that page tree.
