How to send customized reminder from confluence on expiry date of the license

We are accessing the Confluence via enterprise license and need a free way to send customized reminder from confluence on expiry date of the license which we are maintaining on table format in confluence.

Out of the box, you can't do that.

You could add an action to that table, but you have to pay attention yourself to the task repost macro which you will add on a page, and/or add an issue on Jira (if you have it) with a die date and create a subscription filter from which you will be notified accordignly.
