How to retrieve issues with linkedissue type, keys and summary data?

For example, I want to create a list of project system requirements and linked issues(key, type, summary).

Now I can get only issues with linked issue keys. How to return issues, with linked issue key, type and summary field values?

@Jouni Riimala I am not aware of a way to do that in Confluence.  There are some apps that allow you to do that in Jira.  you could have multiple JQL queries, one per macro, that should allow you to display what you are looking for but you might have to maintain those filters.
