How to relink confluence external links to attachments bulk?

Well got a page with 
Document number one (http://some.site.com/doc1.doc)
need to change it to
Document number one (http://myattlassian.server.com/confluence/attachment/doc1.doc) 

I've got over 1000 links on one page and even more on some other pages, page customisation matters, so i can't just sublime edit html, or use show attachments plugin (all link descriptions will be lost in that case)

All attachments was downloaded to related confluence page

The only thing I can think of trying would be to export the page as Word, find/replace the location bits for the links, then import the Word doc and see if the hyperlinks get linked correctly.
