How to push a template to other spaces so that it appears in the list of templates

I've created some very useful templates in a space and would like to push those templates to the template list in other spaces. Is there a way to do this without doing copy/paste of the content into a new template in the target space? Instead, push the template to multiple spaces in one shot.

Plugin to copy templates. Export and import templates.
Copy 'variables, macros, and other elements. It is not possible to copy-paste.
