How to purge space from Global spaces table in the dashboard

Hello, I am a newbie to confluence. I deleted a space from confluence. But it still shows up in Dashboard under global space table. Looks like I need to purge the same from the system. Online documentation mentions about "Space Admin" and purge the unwanted space. But I dont see this option even though I have logged in as Administrator. How to purge this from the system? Appreciate your help in this regard.

Thanks

Most likely the indexing job has not kicked in yet at that time, hence, you still see it in the recently updated section. If it still appears until now:
