How to print atlassian-confluence-access.log by time?

I want to  confluence print atlassian-confluence-access.log with date, such as atlassian-confluence-access.log.20150409 not by default atlassian-confluence-access.log.1
How to configure the log4j?
log4j.appender.accesslog=org.apache.log4j.RollingFileAppender
log4j.appender.accesslog.Threshold=DEBUG
