How to open a link in a new windows with Confluence?

SamK October 15, 2012

Hi,

Using Confluence 4.2 with the new editor, I want to create a link which opens in a new window.

Basically I want to add the `target="_blank"` attribute in the link tag.

How do I do that?

Thanks.

Try the {new-window} macro before and after the link.

I can't edit the markup syntax because I'm using Confluence 4.2 with the über editor.

If you are in OnDemand, you couldn't use it either because it's not a supported macro in their library.
