you might want to have a look at the SharePoint Connector for Confluence app. It helps you to integrate SharePoint content into Confluence. You can use the 30-day trial to get to know if it solves your problems.
If you´re using SharePoint Online the SharePoint Online Connector app may help you otherwise.

There is no useful export in Sharepoint that can export anything to a format Confluence can use.
The closest thing I've seen is a script which grabs a copy of each Sharepoint word document and runs the "import from word" function against it to convert it into a page.
