How to migrate Confluence users from one AD to another one?

I have an old AD with Confluence user accounts and I need to swithc to the official one.

Assuming that the users id is the same how can I do this in Confluence 3.5?

You can just simply disable (and remove if necessary) the current existing AD User Directory, create a new AD User Directory, sync it and you should be all set. Note that you'll need to be logged in as an internal admin user to perform the mentioned steps. If you're not sure about your internal admin account, you can identify it using this way.
