How to manual sync LDAP data in Confluence3.2? I can't find button to resync ldap user.

As you are using a very old version of Confluence, I am not sure this is valid but Confluence should synchronize with LDAP user directories on startup. Restarting Confluence should synchronize LDAP data.

In any case, as you are using a very old version of Confluence, I would recommend you to update to at least Confluence 3.5. Confluence 3.5 introduces a new user management which makes a lot (really A LOT) easier to configure and manage external user directories through Confluence Admin user interface. By upgrading to Confluence 3.5.x you will still keep wiki markup so most things you are using in 3.2 should still work with 3.5. If you upgrade to Confluence 4.x or later you will not be able to use wiki markup.
