How to make product details and permission level public

it was suggested, taht I should:

Share your details to get the best answers
When you publish your question and make your product details and permission level public, the Atlassian Community can provide faster and more accurate answers to your question.

How to do it ?

Ask your questions here on the community.  When you create a new question, it will ask you about that information and then display your answers in the right-hand column, which helps answerers know more about your system

But I can not change the permission level and it is always SITE ADMIN.

I wouldn't worry about that, I think it's taking it from your atlassian account
