How to link within a page (link an item from table to a diagram created in Palett)

In my document on confluence page, how do I create a link within a page? For example in my page I have a table and inserted a diagram (created using Palett), I want to link an item from the table to the Palett because the table gives more details about the descriptions.

You can link directly to headings in a page, or you can use an Anchor macro.
