How to link JIRA features to versions of Draw.io diagram

I want to link various versions of Draw.io diagram to different JIRA Features.

e.g. TestFlow v0.1 to be linked with JIRA-1234 feature and TestFlow v0.2 to be linked with JIRA-1235 feature

I take it you mean you have different versions of a draw.io diagram on Confluence Server and want to link those version to different tickets on JIRA Server issues? That's not currently possible. However, we do have tighter integration between Confluence and JIRA Server on the roadmap.
