Our style of knowledge capture in Confluence ends up putting important information in code-block titles. Every effort to get the Confluence search to find pages by specifying code-block title content has failed.
Thank you for bringing this up. We had a ticket open: Search by title of the macro and it was closed as a duplicate of Confluence search is broken for data within content elements, such as URLs in links, parameters in macros, image names on pages. However, this private comment indicates that the macro title search was not fixed:
...the fix of this issue just allows user to search page by inserted links or attachment names. Currently we do not allow user to search by macro parameters.
I am contacting the developer responsible for re-opening bugs to see if we can resurrect Search by title of the macro.
For now the only workaround I can think of is to include something in the body of the page that you can search on.
