How to import backup from one account to other account: error message "Only full site backups can be imported"

A friend of mine has an Atlassian Account which here shared with me.

Now I created my own account and I want to import the backup he gave me.

I am not able to import the zip-file (Confluence-space-export-134607-2.xml.zip).

I uploaded it to WebDav because size of the zip-file is bigger than 100MB.

I go to "Import Site" and select the zip-file from WebDav and click on the button "import".

I get the message: Only full site backups can be imported.

What I am doing wrong?

I have the same question except I want to export from one instance and import into my supervisors instance, same editions and versions of jira.  I await a response.  I read about a JIM plugin but not sure it works with the current version 1000.5.2
