How to highlight a page using the page tree macro

Currently using a page tree macro for creating a confluence page. Looking for ways to highlight the latest entry in the whole list.

That's a great suggestion, thank you for bringing it up! It's not currently possible in Confluence, but I've created a feature request below for this: 

• CONFCLOUD-68347 Indicate which pages are newly created in Page Tree

You can vote on the feature request and you'll automatically receive updates in the future about it.
