I'm trying to get a List of JIRA-Issues by using the JIRA Issues Macro in Confluence. This works fine, but the resulting list ist always clickable. I need a way to view the Filter-Results as a plain List without any html-link to our JIRA-Installation. Has anyone an idea on this?

I can advice Math Plugin for Confluence with its Numerical Expression macro, which may take a numerical value from its input. Just add Numerical Expression macro to the page and place your JIRA Issues Macro inside it's body. Numerical Expression will take the first numerical value from it, which is the number of JIRA issues.
