How to get a TinyURL to an attachment?

Is there a way to get a tiny url that would point directly to an attachment?

In our group, we keep a copy of all our tech reports on the wiki, with tables containing meta-data etc. and ultimately the PDF doc itself as attachment.

When writing new reports (e.g. in LaTeX), we often refer to existing docs. The wiki url for the attachment is very long, and I'd love to shorten it.

The only way I know is the Share Attachments add-on. It can create tiny urls for attachments.
