Hello there!
You should be able to check this information under the Audit Log:
Audit Log
To reach the audit log, you need to:
- Click the Cog Icon at the top right corner
- Click General Configuration
- Search for Audit Log in the left hand side list
- Look for the Event Type described as Permissions
Under the Audit Log you will find details on who changed what and when in Space Permissions. You will also be able to see who was affected by the change!
