I'm wondering if there is any way to export a check box from a confluence page to a pdf with the original PDF checkboxes which are actually clickable and the state is then also savable into a PDF again?

Hello Tim, currently Confluence export that in a static format, though this is a good suggestion. A new improvement suggestion has been filed in our bug tracker.
