Hey Daniel,
In order to do that you will need to install a plugin available in the Atlassian Marketplace. This plugin allows you to see Salesforce information in Confluence. The type of information available may be set by you upon your needs.
The plugin is available for Confluence Cloud and for Confluence Server versions. Hope this helps.
