Want to consolidate all information on confluence, so want to be able to embed service desk report in confluence page.
Using iframe is do-able but it take up too much space on the page, prefer a more native embedding like the /jira method.
Hello @Kevin Lim !
As I understand, you need to display reports from Jira Service Desk (JSD) directly in Confluence.
While embedding the actual reports in Confluence (like Jira issues) is not possible, you should be able to create gadgets in Confluence. You can check more details on Gadgets here:
After creating the Gadgets in Jira, you should be able to get them in Confluence by doing the following in Confluence:
- Create or edit a page
- Click the + button in the toolbar
- Select “View More”
- Search for the gadget you created
- Add it to the page
- Publish the page
Let us hear from you!
