How to edit the login wiki in Confluence?

Does anyone know how to edit the Confluence login Wiki page?

I would like to put a video teaching about how to log in and use the knowledge base.

Hi Wagner,

You can edit the Server Base URL in the General Configuration page here: https://<instance_name>/wiki/admin/viewgeneralconfig.action. You'll need to have administrators access.
