You probably want to associate the file types with different applications in your operating system settings.

I think we're not talking about the same thing. After file upload on
confluence space, i want to write on the .sql, .txt file.
I take a screenshot to illustrate :
on the .xls file i can modify but i can't with .sql file.

Ok, that's the office functions recognising the file type and giving you a quick link for it. It can't know what you might want to edit other file types with.
Have a look in the marketplace - there's some add-ons for adding and configuring these (and even editing in-line)
