I am looking for a plugin or macro or any other technique to display the change tickets from service now in confluence page.
Being a release manager i maintain the pages separately for change tickets raised for each release. Currently, i am manually entering the change tickets after getting created. But, am looking for an option where in if someone creates a production change ticket in service now it should automatically display the the tables list am maintaining the confluence page.
Our company uses "Service Now", Confluence Server and Jira Server.
To display data of Service Now Tickets on our Confluence pages, we use the Add-On "Pocket Query". It works well and is quite flexible.
Hi Saketh,
This post provides you with a few options: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/ServiceNow-gt-Confluence-Integration/qaq-p/1377036
