How to display macros in Table of Content ?

When my headings include emoticons or status macros I want them be visible also in the table of content.
See screenshot.
Is there any way to do it?

Hey Hanna,

Currently the TOC macro dos not show emoticons and other macros indeed. There's a New Feature request regarding this emoticon functionality though: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-36404

Please, have a look on our [New Feature Policy|https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DEV/Implementation+of+New+Features+Policy] to better understand how Atlassian deal with this.

I would strongly suggest that you vote on this issue to increase its popularity and add it to your watch-list for future updates.
