How to disable SNMP on Confluence?

Richard Hui October 21, 2021

Our security team found that the Confluence server use default community Name (public) on its SNMP and they would like to disable or change it.

Could someone advise how to do it?

Confluence is not an SNMP service.

It's being provided by something else running on the Confluence server.  If it's a Linux box, the most likely culprit will be the (pretty much standard) SNMP Daemon, which you can configure by editing /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf )
