How to create a table that links to other tables?

I want to create a confluence space for monthly release planning. I want to have a main page with a table with a list of projects and a column with a targed month.

Then for each month, I want to have a separate table in a separate page. If the main list of projects has an item listed under april, then I want to see it in the April page, but it it's changed to May, then it should automatically move to May.

Is this possible in confluence?
