How do you use the survey plugin and have a selection for "Not Applicable" or NA. When I add that line to the survey in Confluence, it adds it as a questions with a score of one. I want the survey to ignore scoring the question and just do nothing except mark that the question was answered. I don't want a score added to the survey results, or bump up the score on the other questions.
