How to create a how-to article like a JIRA ticket

Hi, 

is it possible to create how-to articles like you create a JIRA ticket? Filling out a specific form and then press create button?

No, not exactly. There is a how-to-article-blueprint that you can use. It gives you a predefined structure for your page and with the help of labels, it will generate an overview page for your how-to-pages.
