How to create a custom blueprint

Hey Guys, 

i want a custom space Blueprint. I have completet the Basic Tutorial But i want a custom Space with predefined Pages like 'FAQ' or something else. The only thing i can change is the Main Site. Btw. How can i get the predefined Pages that this pages are a "note point" Page ?
