How to create a backup of trial confluence after the fact?

Made the mistake a setting up PostgreSQL and licensed Confluence on the same server without backing up the trial version.  Now, at the point where we need to import the backup .xml file but we don't have a backup.  What are my options at this point without recreating everything?

You will need to restart the trial server and run an export or get a backup.
