How to create Survey with hidden reply

Hi Team

We are trying to create Survey with hidden reply for other section if possible.

Author would like to create Survey with Other option where users can fill in they own response but in the way that it will be visible only to page admins.

Is this something that possible to do?

Hi Areg,

There are several different add-ons that can help you to create a survey in Confluence, since it is not a built-in feature.

• How can I add surveys to Confluence pages?

I would recommend trialling a few of those. I believe it should be a standard feature for survey for only certain people to be able to view the results, so please give them a try and let us know if you have any trouble.

We have tried most of them and they are not providing that feature.

Users are moving to Microsoft Forms instead ...

I was hoping that someone did that.

Thank you for letting me know. It might be useful to contact a few of those add-on providers and see if it might be a feature they intend to include in the future.  Happy you were able to find a workaround with Microsoft Forms, however.
