How to create JIRA task with additional fields in confluence

I am trying to create JIRA task in Confluence meeting note.

And the only fields that I can configure are "project", "issue type", "summary" and "description".

I would like to know if it is possible to have fields like "epic", "assignee", "due date" etc. I have set these fields in JIRA's scheme, but it seems there is no such an option in Confluence.

Thanks so much.

May I ask how you are creating the Jira issues on the Meeting Notes page? Is it by highlighting text and choosing the Jira icon or another method as described in Create issues from inside Confluence

If you are looking to display more fields from Jira in a Jira issues table, please see Confluence Page - Jira filter columns

Thanks Ann. I use the Jira icon and only got this four fields.
