How to configure a space to show all children at the bottom of the page

On my Confluence on Demand instance, some of my spaces show the list of children at the bottom of one page, but some do not.

I would like to configure all of the spaces to show child pages, as this makes navigation (for me) much simpler.

I found an answer that showed how to configure a space to show child pages, but it does not appear to apply to Confluence on Demand.

Can someone tell me how this can be configured?

And, since I expect someone will ask, configuring the side bar is not what I'm looking for.

Edit the space, then click insert > Other Macros ... now search and select the Children Display macro.

Hope this helps!

Maybe I wasn't clear.

I want this to be the default for any space created.
