How to automatically display attachments in the page

poornima guddettu April 24, 2014

Hi,

I am working on confluence and have attachments in my pages .

I can display the attachments in the page on the page itself through edit->Insert macro ->attachments.

But I would like this to be displayed by default as i cant configure for each page in the space.

IS there any way to do that.

Please help.

Thanks,

Poornima.G

Hi poornima,

you could create a simple page template that includes Attachment macro within. All pages created will include all attachment (if exist).

Here the documentation for a page template https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Adding+a+Template

Hope this helps,

Fabio

Hi Fabio,

This is very helpful for the pages that are created from now on.

But I already have many projects that have attachments that are created with other templates. Is there a way to make them include the macro or somehow display the attachments in the same page?

Thanks,
