Hello,
I want to grant read-only access to users who are only posting ticket in our service desk project.
I don't want to make my confluence space public ( allow anonymous access) but just allow to users who have accounts in service desk to view articles.
Is this possible?
If no, is there any alternative.
Regards,
Hi there,
It is possible in Cloud!
Have a look at Serving customers with a knowledge base.
When setting the Viewing access, you can use the following:
Everyone with access to your service desk |
Users who don't have a Confluence license can read knowledge base articles via the customer portal or a link for free.
|
This option is best if you want your team to write articles and share them with customers. |
Can you review that article there and let me know if you have any questions?
Regards,
Shannon
Hi shannon,
Thanks for your reply, i resolved that by linking the confluence space to the service desk.
