How to add "story points estimate" into the drop down in the Jira Pie Chart, Display options, "Chart by"?

Would it be possible to amend this "Chart by" drop down list?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can't do this.  The pie chart only works with fields that have a defined (and hence countable) list of options.  Story point estimate is a numeric field with a an unknown range of possible values, so it can't be counted.
