My organization just recently moved to Atlassian Access and one thing that we did was create new groups related to Active Directory for Confluence. The issue that I am running into is that I have add the new group to the Product page for Confluence but it hasn't replicated across all of the existing spaces within Confluence. The issue is that we have hundred of spaces that need to be updated and was curious to see if there is a way that this can be done at a higher level and then flows down.
Thank you in advance
Hello @Robert_Ogden
Can you clarify these two points?
- I have add the new group to the Product page for Confluence
- it hasn't replicated across all of the existing spaces within Confluence
Can you provide a screen image of the Product Page where you added the group? Obscure confidential information.
What were your expectations about the replication across the existing Confluence spaces? Did you expect that when you viewed the Permissions for individual spaces you would see the new group?
