There is a problem with the Export to PDF option whenever the sentences are in Arabic/Persian characters that makes the words unreadable in the exported PDF.
How can I solve the problem?

You have to upload the necessary font files to your instance. Since you will need sysadmin rights, please raise a support issue on href="https://support">https://support.atlassian.com .

I think this could be a problem with the font you are using in your PDF exports. You could upload a new font for your PDF exports as explained in this link.
